Life Transitions for Women developed the Creating Confidence tele-coaching calls, and in-person workshops, because our staff understands that self-esteem and confidence are key to living a life full of joy, adventure and achievement. It's hard to move forward in life when you struggle with low self-esteem, and even simple actions like making a phone call, introducing yourself to someone new, setting boundaries, asking for a raise, or trying to close a sale become over-whelming tasks that you can't seem to deal with.
We understand your pain, and want to help you develop ways to release insecurities, build your self-esteem and increase your confidence level - so you can easily step out and reach for your goals and dreams!

Nelson Mandela said in his 1994 Inaugural speech, "We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. . . . . We are born to manifest the glory of God within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same."
