Greetings Ladies!

I am excited to say that changes are afoot at Life Transitions for Women. As we prepare to kick-off one of our biggest, most-innovative business coaching programs to date, a bootcamp designed for women business owners, those who want to be business owners, and those who are doing direct marketing or Party Plans, things are ROCKIN' in the Transition office, and the Transition Team is working non-stop to improve things for our wonderful clients and subscribers - that's YOU!

My incredibly competent and hard-working business manager, Nicole, is working to change the look of our newsletter - hopefully within the next couple of weeks, and to improve the way we do tele-conferencing and video promotions. So watch for all the exciting changes that are coming your way.

Below I have included Part III of the Design Your Ideal Life Series, information for tomorrow night's Tele-summit call on Debt Management, and a short teaser for our upcoming business coaching program. Can't wait to be able to release all the details on that one!

Make it a wonderful week!
Belief & Blessings,
Viki

DESIGN YOUR IDEAL LIFE - Part III

Now, the third principle to designing a life you love is to:

DEVELOP WORKABLE SYSTEMS

Develop a workable system for each of the important areas of your life. I start each week day morning with the same high-quality breakfast, that I eat while doing my morning spiritual study. I follow that by planning my food in an online program, doing either a strength or cardio workout depending on what day of the week it is, and follow that with shower, hair and makeup so I'm ready to greet the day polished and prepared. That simple little daily plan takes care of the spiritual and personal categories on my Master list.

By 9 a.m. Jet is sitting at his desk working on his individual studies. Which brings me to one of the most important organizational system I've put in place to date - a folder system for our homeschooling. And even if you don't homeschool a similar system could be adapted for almost any area of your life with a little thought and creativity.

One saturday a month I sit down and put together a folder for each school day of the upcoming month. Each folder contains his individual work - an assignment list, work sheets and a sticky note outlining his workout and chores for the day. This enables him to work on his own for the morning and frees me up for coaching calls or writing - or whatever is on my business agenda for the day.

After that we sit down and have lunch together (one of my favorite aspects of working and schooling from home - remember this is about designing a life you love, and this is what I love) then after a brief break we resume schooling by curling up on the couch to work on any subjects or projects that require more in depth instruction.

By late afternoon we're done with schooling and jet is completely finished - no homework to worry about - so I can then spend a couple more hours working on coaching and writing activities before I have to start dinner when hubby gets home around 6 in the evening.

Between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. I don't work. That is hubby/family time. Once hubby is in bed, usually around eight-ish, because he gets up at 4:00 a.m. then I am free to work on coaching, writing, paper grading, or tele-summit calls - whatever needs done until "wind-down" time. I try to take 30 minutes of down time right before bed so that I'm not too amped up to sleep.

By having a set schedule or system in place things roll more smoothly, without having to stop repeatedly to figure out what comes next. I end the day feeling productive and like I've truly accomplished what I set out to accomplish.

Next week we'll talk about the 4th principal in designing your ideal life. I hope you're working to design a life, and or business, that you love!

VIP TEASER

Wow, Ladies! I am so excited about our new VIP Business Building Bootcamp that I am dying to give you all the details now! But I promised current clients, and several tele-summit participants, that I would wait until Tuesday, March 10th at the end of the tele-summit call, where I'll be interviewed on the topic of self-esteem, to release the details and registration information.

What I can tell you, is that if you are a woman who owns her own business, is starting her own business, is dreaming about starting her own business (and this includes direct marketing & Party Plan gals), and you are interested in pushing the limits, shaking things up and taking your business, your income, your life to the next level then you won't want to miss this!

Space will be limited so be sure to be on the tele-summit call on March 10th so you'll be the first to hear the details!

Oh, and did I mention that tele-summit participants will not only get the details before anybody else, but they'll get a discounted rate that no-one else will get!

Register for the tele-summit now, if you haven't already: http://www.lifetransitionsforwomen.com/wocws.html.
