I am so excited about how last Tuesday's Women of Confidence Wellness Tele-summit interview on the topic of Self-esteem went, that I decided to include the info from it here, including the meditation/visualization freebie, in place of our normal weekly e-zine. Hello Ladies!
I do sincerely apologize for taking so long in getting the recording to you this week, but I joined a very action-oriented Mastermind group and as a result we're undergoing so many exciting changes, and new programs, including the launch of a second division of our business, that we here in the Life Transitions for Women offices, have been jumpin'. It's just been crazy-busy and has put us a bit behind on everything! But we are having great fun with it all :)
We had a stellar call Tuesday night on self-esteem, and I even included a bit of "my story" on the call, for anyone who is interested.
